Here's a post I made in another thread. Also make sure "Use Mods" in the option menu is on. For After the War, the files go into the install directory, over-writing any files that are there. You might have extracted files there but not overwritten files. If you have to pay Materials to build farms the After the War mod is not installed correctly.

I don't think it is being worked on currently. But it may be revived for FE if the random map generator for FE needs more variety or is moddable (hopefully the FE generator will be good enough to stand alone, and/or moddable).
Hmm, I like an idea like this.
Horemheb, I take it that most battles will not have just one unit on each side. So while you might be able to keep away from one, it is unlikely you will be able to keep away from all enemy units. Also, as far as I know initiative is separate from movement speed, so while you might have higher initiative, you might not always have higher movement speed. Anyway, what we've heard here sounds good. I'm looking forward to the beta. [e digicons]|-)[/e]
Yeah, I wonder where that's gone too.
Frogboy, does the Jan 19 date for those who did the original WOM beta mean Beta 1 of WOM, or took part in any beta of WOM?
Well, the beta hasn't arrived yet. However, maybe I was too sarcastic for my own good. ;-)
Yeah, I guess in hindsight that statement did need a bit of softening, as it is only text. =)
Well, I agree that base WOM could still be a lot better. Don't worry. The trolls will come out when the beta does. But hopefully there will be some constructive criticism too. Cheers, Steven.

If you have to pay Materials to build farms the After the War mod is not installed correctly. The After the War mod changes the cost to build a Farm/Imperial Farm from Materials to Gildar, for starters. =) For Expanded Factions and Artifacts sub-mods, extract each entire archive to: Windows 7 and Vi
A lot of things have changed since WOM. FE Beta was postponed (but not indefinitely) because Stardock wanted it to be more ready to be received by testers and players. A lot is riding on FE, even its first betas. WOM 1.4 is a good play with Heavenfall's After the War mod and Expanded Factions and Artifacts sub-mods. They make the game quite fun and add a good deal of polish, balance, variety and extra features. The mods can be found in the <a href="https://fo
Pale Moon 3.x is still actively being developed, and is a Windows-optimised version of Firefox especially for older systems. Check out www.palemoon.org for details on all the Pale Moon releases. =)
I would strongly suggest skipping the campaign and downloading the After the War mod , and the sub-mods Expanded Factions and Artifacts . Just make sure you turn mods on in the game options. =) I think the combination of WoM 1.4 and After the War and its
Well, if you are considering buying Fallen Enchantress, wait until a long time after the game is released, read lots of perspectives. If it's a great game then there will come a time when it's obvious to about everyone. But we will obviously have to wait and cross our fingers. =) And remember, fun is subjective.
HOMM3: In the Wake of Gods had a victory points option that you could use, and it's quite possible it will eventually be used in the HOMM3 rewrite VCMI (and maybe the HOMM2 rewrite fheroes2 too). So it doesn't have to be restricted to RTS games. =)
I'm not sure all mobile phones can have the operating system circumvented like that.
I don't "con't" though. ;-)
But he only gets to kill the thread if it's the OP that's spam. =)
My best wishes for you in this time.
The truth is, anyone can be an "expert" in things like this.
But even with all the crazy things that happen, let's not forget all the great things that happen or that we can help make happen too.
Yes. [e digicons][/e]
No problem! Or I guess I should say, "No worries mate". ;-)
I see what you mean, and I tend to agree with you. But I think there does need to be some high-level magic that can remove some of the negative traits, given enough time, resources etc, so for the most favoured champions, you have a chance to remove the worst debuffs.
