Basically any program can stuff up your system. But there's always a possibility that the system is in not good shape and can't be cleaned properly. I tested the latest version of Wise and had no problems. Basically any program can stuff up your system, it doesn't particularly need to be a registry cleaner. And I also suggest you make a drive image using Acronis 2011 or the latest version of Easus that doc highlighted recently. Drive images are useful

That Autoruns program was exactly what I wanted! It helped me remove that error really quickly, thanks for the link! To Wizard - I know how you can set up a program that requires admin credentials to run on a standard user account by providing admin credentials. However, Boostspeed was one of those giveawayoftheday or similar things, so I wouldn't be able to re-install it in the near future. However, the first sentence of this paragraph solves this problem. =)</p

For example, I have the following error each time I start up Windows 7 (32-bit): I know how to set permission from Admin so a program requiring Admin can run at startup in a user account, but I'm not sure how to be able to remove and edit from all startup programs in Windows 7.

Hey, I was only offering 1 month per turn as a suggestion. You make some good points, and maybe it would just be better if turns did not have game time associated with it, like the way originally it was in WoM.

Maybe make 1 turn equivalent to 1 month. So taking five turns to go from city to city is about five months, and a building that takes 12 turns to make took 1 year to build. I think 3 months is a bit too much for each turn and 1 week is a bit too little, especially with all the dangerous land around the place and the fact that it is a "world" rather than just a "map".

Yes, I agree with one turn being less than 3 months, unlike it is currently. Or if you can't get a good time scale, just make each turn add "turn number" and leave it up to other influences to work out approximately how long a turn is in terms of game time.

I agree. I was kinda necessary in WoM, without ships, but it probably would be better if either the ability was removed, or it was capable of being counterspelled, so enemies near (including those in wild lands) would have the opportunity to counter you changing the land so drastically.

I've got 32-bit, but I would definitely update it to 64-bit if FE with huge maps etc. or another good game with the benefits of 64-bit was released. Definitely if you made a great Elemental game with support for huge maps and other cool 64-bit enabled stuff I would jump on board in an instant. =)

Banned for missing replying to post #39946 by 2.5 minutes. PS: In reply to the post after my post here, it is not often that you get an opportunity to say a fractional amount of minutes in exact decimal fashion! Normally it's boring things like 2 seconds or 16 seconds, not a nice number like 30 seconds! =) PPS: Reverse order ban! The post after this Banned for not being positive about taking the opportunity for decimal precision in a unit that goes from 0

I agree with goodgimp. "FE Sneak Peeks" totally sounds like only Stardock employees/developers should be able to post new threads.
