I just played some AOW SM based on this. And i only played like 30 minutes but i like it. Reminds me ALOT of MoM. Infact nothing else i played comes close. What about AOW 2? I read reviews at Gamespot and they seem to be better than part 1. Why AOW SM? and not AOW2?

Ok so its called heroes of might and magic kingdoms. Its a browser game MMO where you build cities and armies and form alliances. Ive played a few others but this one offers heroes with levels and you customize jobs and there is an economy too. In fact to win your alliance has to dominate in 3 categories Wealth, Honor (fighting XP), and Domination (owning land). Ive been playing it like 7 days non stop. I setup 3 different accounts to play.

saw this on multiple forums. Surprised no one said it looks more like a Kings Bounty mod.

Well its basically an independent gaming company PC game. Consoles are big now in days and get the most attention. Seems the only PC games that also get attention seem to be big budget ones. Basically Blizzard or EA games. If this game scores well and get good reviews it should sell decently. Just b/c WOW sells millions, doesnt mean there are millions of HC PC gamers out there.

LOL thats awesome i actually want one too. I like how the guy in the video went from little bottles and cheap stuff to using his actual office supply and lights. I have a feeling if given enough time we will all end up tearing apart our house.

After playing Demons Souls, i see the typical point and click RPG as boring, and wish more RPG devs followed in DS foot steps, even Mount and Blade was kind of refreshing. I would welcome a live action RPG, but no button masher like Dungeon And Dragon Online bc thats even worse.

I really like the table top graphics to the game, and the combat is pretty awesome. Perks, rock paper scissor method, support, terrain advantages. Its a great system. I wish Elemental copied that one. But unfortunately the only thing you do in Elven Legacy is combat. So it gets boring after one campaign. And hard too, like you get vastly outnumbered.

I know this is still in beta, saying that i do like MoM more. More options, and i think the pacing/movement is better. Animations seem too slow in Elemental. Maybe because units move have to walk across their current square to get to the next?Screen panning is still slow, and combat is boring. Ahh im sure it will feel better once its near final.

Regular Lighting. Sharper details and edges Soft lighting..... blurry washed out colors. Hmmm which is better? Ya i tone down soft lighting to about 25%. I think that should be the preset

good job on the performance issues. 11FPS to like 65? WOW Looking forward to see how the campaign turns out. You guys have been hyping it for a while. Im curious to see the style you go for.
