Same issue, been in Beta since 0.90, only used digital updating, no DVD install. Have run with every update as it comes. Really wish I had of known about this been a bug, as I've been getting these 2 gig updates since it went gold IIRC.

ok, so I am playing on the hardest setting, but do the wondering monsters really need to start with 60+ HP? Also when checking out the stats of a hero I am going to hire, they are all 2-3 times the value of what you get when you hire them.. kinda a let down.
hey guys, are you working on a fix for the having to downgrade to the non-beta then back up to the current beta version to avoid a 1.9 gig update? Also, I always try and post saved games, error logs, custom sov. files, crashes, screen shots etc but I feel like I'm being ignored when I post bugs, nothing is ever done about them.
Better description in general are needed before the next release. "increases health" umm how dose it increases health. About 40% of them ned to be done, they read like place holders. Now of course I don't recommend doing this, until we are left only working on bugs, and have finalised most of the combat systems etc.. It is entirely understandable why it hasn't been done since the 1.0 
Possibly he has been turned off for higher difficulties, we can only home.

I think the percentage bonus are now over powered, if you can build 10,20 or even 30 or the building that matches the bonus, you are laughing.. they all need to be altered to fixed amounts..
