Ok, I'm going to list a few points (they've probably already been mentioned but hey, at least you know more than 1 person wants these fixed). I hope this doesn't come across as a wall of text because I want this to be easy to read. But these points are from a person kinda losing patience with the game, and fixing these would be a sure fire way of getting me and others like me to keep playing (and buying expansions). I know a lot of this will sound harsh, but it's completely constructive

I've seen this as well. I thought it was the auto battle that was making them use up all their spell points, but even after manually doing an easy tactical battle, almost all of them went to 0 mana points. Bad bug.

Finished my play through of a game on normal difficulty, normal map size. Found some more issues to go along with my other post. I didn't reply to that one because I wasn't sure if it would be seen, and there's a sizable amount of issues. 1. These are some of the bugs and inconsistencies I've run across while running through a recent game. And yes, my video card is old; this is a dell dual core with a x1400 ATI card. My real laptop is in for service, and this one runs the game like crap on the main map. BUT if you play in cloth map only, it's actually pretty smooth and fun. And these are the most recent drivers that support the x1400, I believe (omega drivers). This is fully patched up to the recent version, with no mods.

It's good to see that the team is constantly working on making this better; because to be honest, it needs a lot of work (i.e. game breaking bugs that are still affecting me). I think it's good you're putting bugs and such first on your list, but with the constant overarching complaints about fundamental game issues, this should never be far from your minds. Sigh, still happening with the latest patch. http://pastebin.ca/1926966 Full screen, of course. In windowed mode, it doesn't affect it, but I'm losing performance based on full screen. This is caused by alt-tabbing for me; no popup's or anything. just alt tab out of the full screen game. This is getting annoying.

I agree with almost everything the OP said (the stuff I can't agree with I haven't used yet). Also what Dethedrus and SqueekyRat mentioned, all good points. If a dev is reading this, pass this on to the other guys and get some ideas going. Not trying to insult the OP, but are you sure you put the AI difficulty on the hardest for each opponent? There's 2 difficulty settings, the AI for the wilderness stuff (raiders, monsters, etc.) and AI for each opponent. You set each of THOSE to the hardest difficulty and still found it easy? If that's the case, then I'm fairly disappointed as well. I've been playing on normal to learn the game, but I hope they fix it soon if it's that weak.

What I would like to see (which I would never EVER do, because I'm not all that great at strategy games :) ) is an option to have all the AI's teamed from the beginning. So it's basically a 1vs2, 1vs3, etc. for the WHOLE game. Now THAT would be hard, and would add a ginormous amount of difficulty to the current AI. Obviously a diplomatic victory would be out of the question ...

I didn't think anything supported the 7900gs in the higher revisions, but I did find this: Nvidia 257.21. I installed it, and I'm still getting the error. I switched it back to full screen, and it's there too. It's a bit different this time though.
