Would it be possible to have "rare" metal deposits (a subset of the existing metal mines) that give your troops better weapons and armor? These deposits would NOT be random but strategically placed in dangerous areas (open terrain, strong monsters guarding it etc...). If the player wishes to pursue these resources at the risk of losing a lot of men/having a not-so-defensible position then he/she can do so. You could call these mines "mithril" deposits (or whatever the equivalent is in the lor

Brad has reiterated many times how much games have changed in-between RTM and actual release (like Sins).
As digital distribution grows, do you foresee retail being phased out completely? Or is it too an integral part of the game industry?
ProgramData is a hidden folder so make sure you turn on 'Show Hidden Folders' in the Folder Options.
It looks like there is still some spyware left on your computer. Since you've already tried using MBAM and Avira, go ahead and use ComboFix. Make sure you follow the guide (the download link is there too) outlined below: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix Also, I would back up your most important files/data before doing anything.
Yeah I heard about that too. Looks like an awesome game.
Just make it the 'Insert' and 'Delete' buttons like in Starcraft 2 (in addition to the mouse way).

Your link is broken. Also do you have the dump file?

It's supposed to be like that.
Hold down the middle mouse button and then move your mouse.

Character inventory screen is still there - it's one of the two buttons in the bottom right part of the unit portrait.
Can you provide the debug.err file, your dxdiag file and the dump file? See sticky: https://forums.elementalgame.com/364285
Which still doesn't have anything to do in-game. You don't find a clan in-game. You find it out of game, and play with them. You're not prevented from doing this by not having the game somehow magically find you a clan. You just say "Hey, I play at around this time, who else that plays around there wants to start a clan?" on the forums or chat and yay? This is how it works in games that *have* clan support features. But you alrea
Tormy answered your question. Sometimes, it helps to know what you're trying to suggest. Tormy's ideas for features had nothing to do with "finding people to play with", which is what you posted as wanting. "Clan support" has nothing to do with finding people to play with, and everything to do with in-game management of clans, such as clan tags/names (as Tormy suggested), group matchmaking, etc.
I think you are being pu
You're right. While we're at it, let's remove in-game chat because we can just use a phone or an instant messenger for that too. I like how you didn't answer my question and instead tried to make a sarcastic remark. But seriously, let's hear it. What specific "clan support" features do you want? Clan support itself isn't a feature.
Tormy answered your question.
Civ4 doesn't have "clan support" and seems to do OK.
Well Elemental isn't Civ 4 and Stardock isn't Firaxis - I don't see any reason why Stardock has to look up to them and follow in their footsteps. If Stardock decides that clan support will improve the MP experience (and I have given a few reasons why that would be the case) then they will do "great" and not "OK".
With clan support, you can join a group of people that play at the same time as you, have a stronger commitment to finishing the game and most of all provide a fun atmosphere to enjoy the game together. None of this requires any in-game specialized "clan support". It simply requires you to find a group of people that.. play at the same time as you. What's your idea of specific "clan support" features for Elemental, then?
<
The genre has indeed regressed when having clan support for a game makes it a "serious" multiplayer game :/ Because "clan support" automatically implies ladders, ranked matches, group matchmaking, and a general highly competitive scene.. stuff that, yes, is only present in a game that's meant to be played primarily in Multiplayer. Which Elemental isn't. If you're not interested in any of that, then the only clan support you need is an
