The Scroll of Fortune says "This ancient scroll gives the reader the ability to discover money where its least expected." It should be "where it is least expected" or "where it's least expected". "it is" would be clearer.

I had remarkably few crashes during the LH beta, but now with the 1.1. beta I hit a crash (the program has stopped working) on turn 21. I could not find a crash .dmp or .zip file, but the debug.err is here.
Caravans are not currently immune from attack. I had 3 of them destroyed by monsters in my last (1.0) game.

Even if it's just the icon it would still be nice if this was fixed, though.
I agree that it needs to be fixed.
The icon was definitely still on my stack
Are you certain the spell's effects hadn't ended? There's a similar bug with Freeze, where the spell effect ends after 3 turns but the icon stays on top of the army until you save and reload.

Yes, I thought I remembered a post you made about this problem and how to fix it.

Is Delin's land the one where you have a bunch of caves that either contain loot or a battle? Because in my latest game, about halfway through clearing that wildland I hit two successive goodie huts that yielded neither loot nor a battle. I saved, quit the game, reloaded, and all the other goodie huts in the wildland then behaved as expected.
I've seen the same thing. Restarting the game clears the graphical glitch.
Thanks for confirming it. I guess a saved game won't help the developers to debug it, then.
I had two armies attacking Resoln. Ceresa cast freeze on one of my armies, and the red X icon appeared over that army as expected. A few turns later she cast freeze on the other army. The first army was free to move again at this point, but the red X icon stayed over it. The second army was unable to move for a few turns due to the freeze, but there was no icon over it to indicate such. A couple of turns later both armies are free to move, but the freeze icon is
At least one of the spider goodie huts pop-up windows says "The spider made it's home ..." where it should be "The spider made its home ...". My English teachers taught me that "it's" is always a contraction for "it is" and "its" is the possessive form.
There's yet another broken tile in the pictured tactical map, that a unit can start out on, but no unit can move onto once it's empty:
Also, you don't seem to get the achievement for killing Abeix and Vetrar in the scenario too. Guess you have to do it in random maps at this time?
Perhaps that's true. During the beta I got all the monster-killing achievements except Torax, and I did them in random maps before trying the scenario.
I don't understand why an autosave should be different from any other save.
As far as I know, it has to do with the multi-threading that the game uses, and the point in time that the game kicks off the autosave. It seems to me that the autosave should be done as soon as the turn button is pressed, before the turn counter is incremented, and serialized so that none of the other threads start their turn processing until
During the beta there were a number of other achievements that would not be awarded, and the developers fixed all of the reported ones. I'm not sure if anyone ever complained about this one, though. I know I, for one, never had enough time to get all the way through the scenario. Hopefully the developers will see your post and fix it like they did the others.
Wow, I've been playing on huge maps almost throughout the beta, and have never seen that. Can you post a link to a saved game so the developers can take a look at it?
Here's another thread describing some other issues with loading autosaves.
Yes, there are known problems with loading from an autosave, including the one you posted. At least one of those known problems (cities generating income every time an autosave is loaded) is supposed to be fixed in the upcoming 1.1 patch. In the meantime, try using quick save (control-s) to create a save that doesn't suffer from any of these problems.

The ship debarking confused me during the beta, too. You have to debark at a beach tile, and you move the troops out the same way you exit a city.

These have been around for a long time, thanks for fixing them! And I really like the change to allow units to move through other units in battle.
