Expect to see more and more of this. There is currently one quest that gives access to a secret spell, probably just to test the functionality.

fun mod! That said, I think you need to make Skaths cost resources. Sometimes I get them in the "premade" unit section and they are very very very cheap. Try to figure out a way to make them Sov only, raise their cost to absurd levels to artificially make it Sov-only thru the creation screen, or balance it and attach a reasonable cost to it to make "Skath cavalry"

I also don't think that the Empire Peasant HP bonus is a bug, just so you know :/ I think that it is a design decision (Empire units starts stronger but don't level as much. Think of it as an unruly pack of soldiers. They are tough because they all came from the streets, but they tend to get in fights that kill each other so they have to constantly be replaced with NEW thugs).

population is NOT "breeding". It's a mixture of immigration and having kids. That run out of places to live (they are ALREADY cramming 25 people into a small little hut anyway :P ) Similarly, the population levels are only the "recruitables". That is, healthy men (women if you are Egalitarian). Hence why you can deploy units down to 0 and it comes right back up. It could be made a little more sophisticated, for sure, and actually keep track of babies and female/male population

it's not even that. Unless you have a cutting edge 120 hertz monitor, it is only doing around 60 fps ANYWAY regardless of how fast your computer can generate the frames.

I think my most favorite part of the game is the cutscenes. they aren't photo-realistic with the most up-to-date and top-notch graphics ever, but I really like how they are presented and look. They look really nice and surreal in my opinion. Really really like them. The voice actor is also somewhat relaxing to listen to. Iono. I just like the cutscenes. More would be great.

75 is "average". That is, a game to get if you already like the genre and have plenty of money and time to spend on better game in addition to this game. Otherwise, there are better games out there for you.

How about the Educated reload bug? That is, each faction that is Educated gets the Educated bonus each and every time the game is loaded.

they've said they are planning on doing unique tech trees, among other things. I'd assume it'll be much more streamline. Which is good and bad. Better for PvP but worse for co-op

that should be fixed partially with the LOS changes and Jesse's mystic changes.

It was a "bug". Basically, every unit that has 0 strength (Caravans, Pioneers and some spouses) was captured instead of engaged and destroyed. At the time it existed, diplomacy wasn't completely hooked in, so you couldn't actually ransom. But you totally could now. You could even marry the "abducted" spouse. A true Helen of Troy :D

programmers are notoriously bad about spelling and grammar when it comes to output-texts (: Just sayin'. But there was a Dev Journal where Brad said there was a guy basically writing all the lore for the NPCs and stuff. Some of the NPC stuff isn't half bad.

There is "finished" in the sense that finished implies "complete". In this sense, Brad meant that Elemental will never be complete because he hopes to continually improve it, along with the community. Hence why the active modding support exists. However. there are such things as deadlines and releases. Elemental has certainly been "released" and is therefore "finished enough" that they feel it is worthy of $50 for and to distribute internationally. However, it is not complete in the s
