In that mod, which is called Goetia: Dominion over the Planes, Summons will be limited by two things: resources like mana, and a summoner's ability to maintain concentration, which is represented by a Dominion stat. The Dominion stat increases as you level, and as you select traits that boosts your summoner abilities. Having active summons consumes Dominion, which is returned when they die or disappear.
I like this! :)</
I just "finished" a game as Altar. It was a nice game in which I tried to found my kingdom with Relias. I only used champions since the monsters where not that big of a treat even on the most brutal world setting (plus dense monsters). More wondering monsters would be nice. The best lair I think is the 'demon lair', it has a strong defender and a releases smaller demons that are a treat towards my settlements. The AI never attacked me even tough there armies where stronge
If the winged creature had a spear, it's an ' air elemental'. Besides that one, you can also summon earth, water and fire elementals. You got a special called 'summon warg' for sovereigns that picked the 'summoner' profession. Then you can summon Naja or other creatures into combat with 'call of the wild' which is a lvl 2 life & lvl 2 earth spell. And I can't remember more. The familiar and the little demon from E:WoM are gone. Gilden can make giant
I'll vote good like I did last time. Last time it was good in the lower end, and now the game is good at the upper end. The game is nice to play, and I am enjoying myself, but the game is not orgasmic. Although changes have been made, factions feel the same. It's beginning to feel different but not enough, also kingdom and empire feel largely the same at the moment. I think the game would get a 7 at the moment (not counting the bugs). More work is to be done, and that work will be don
I play on a medium map with all races with Relias with dense monsters, sparse resources & magic and the ridiculous world setting with challeging AI. The AI does fine and keeps up with me only Tarth and Gilden are stronger of the other 7 factions, but I'm larger by land in comparison to Tarth (haven't build up my army yet). I haven't gotten into a war yet, but Tarth is growing restless and is sharing a river with me (,two settlements each). I've got Yitrill locked up with o
I'm still lurking an keeping a file with notes at hand while playing.
I also got this one, solved it by doing the auto resolve.
They are not in the most brutal settings. ;) I needed a lvl 9 sovereign to beeing able to just kill a group of three Ophidians. :D
Lush vibrant green jungles! And orange sand deserts like the sahara (or the desert background found in the E:WoM or FE folder!). River delta's would be cool too.
:D

Known bug. But thanks for posting. ^^
Nice changes. Too bad that when a sovereign that surrenders, means that there empire dissapears. I was hoping for the vassal state option (Civ 4). But anyhow, sad panda. :'(
Rable, rable rable!
I'm not greedy. I don't want everything yesterday, I want it today!
If you could cast as many summons as you want, you could go for a summoner caster as sovereign. When going down this path, you don't cast spells in combat for the dammage, you'll be using the summons. This is a feature I'm really missing in the Elemental franchise. *sad panda* :(
E:WoM doesn't need internet to work. That the whole reason why I got it installed on my laptop.
Boot camp? Good luck with that. ^^
But I'm wondering why you can't summon like in AoW. There you could have as many elementals as you could afford or have an army of summoned spiders.
Does anybody know why you are limited to only one summon per spellcaster? I mean, why can my level 5 fire sovereign only summon one fire elemental and not as many as he likes (,yes, with mana upkeep). I know this is a designer choise, but I'm wondering why. Is it because that way the "giant" elementals are more balanced? The thing is, it just saddens me that I can't summon a large army of the same type.
Hmmm I played MoM and found it quite boring. It lacked the polish of Civilization. AoW and AoW2:Shadow Magic where both a blast to play for me.
