1. The Magic system should be very fun to work through. Though, the tactical battles are where I imagine magic duels being the funnest. Still, being able to morph the land and change it Populous-style should add a layer of strategic depth that will be very fun. 2. The dynasty system is something we’re all very excited to play around with. I suspect it’ll go through a lot of iterations through the beta as we discover ways to mak

It is a little "Dances with Wolves" and a little "Pocahontas"....in space. I liked it, but I didn't like the ending. You know, it's times like this these forums need spoiler tags. I'd really like to talk about how it ended. Oh well, needless to say,

It depends on the settings within Impulse that you choose. I believe they can be automatic or you can turn them off and update your programs/games manually.

You must have been playing some other force unleashed :P You're right though, it's definitely a experience for the console unless the PC port is amazing (which it most likely won't be). What I really want LucasArts to do is make a sequel to Republic Commando, or a new TIE Fighter or X-Wing game.
@Tormy, Hmm I wonder what you read that gave you the idea that one side would require more shards to cast high tier spells than another side, or if that is just an idea that you are throwing out there. I see what you are trying to accomplish and I kind of like the idea, but I am wondering how the 'gamemaster' determines why one side it would take less shards than another side? It's an intriguing idea, mind you, just wondering how it might

Those were probably two of my all time favorite games ever. FF3 was Epic beyond belief, and Crono Trigger had SOOO many endings depending on who was in your party and how you ended the game. It just doesn't get any better then that. For more recent gaming, one city I liked was the ruined Aircraft Carrier o

I've got all the Diablo series, great games. You can't go wrong with those and if you're just now getting into them by the time you run through them all it should be close to the release of Diablo 3. The Force Unleashed is my favorite Star Wars game ever, it seriously kicks a lot of ass but I hear the PC version isn't that great. Get it on X-Box 360 or PS3. Make sure you get the "Ultimate Sith Edition". Soul Calibur 2 is probably my all time favorite fighting game along with S
I’m going to write more on this later when I’m not so annoyed but I’m REALLY getting tired hearing from game developers who blame piracy for their game’s poor sales. If you make a game for the console demographic, don’t expect to make huge PC sales, okay? Oh, and if you make your game require hardware that only a couple million users have, guess what? You’re not going to sell a lot of units. More later. [/qu

Lets take an example of a newer FPS that has tried to bring something slightly new into the genre. Borderlands...

I don't think it matters what part of Florida you're from, if you take to the roads on Sunday you're taking your life into your own hands. Those old people go nuts at church time and then for the "early bird" specials....and don't get me started on the damn snow birds. Another of the worst places in Florida to drive is right here in Deland at Stetson College. There's soooo many air head barbie dolls trying to drive their fancy cars that dady bought them but for some reason they can't
