Hi I have to avoid all the spider associated treasure as a result (unless i team him up, but other dudes are busy themselves doing other things), so what can be done? is there a spell or something i can research so my sovereign can be allowed to move?
If your sovereign wont move it's probably some kind of game bug or problem, post teh game in the save game file.

The weak AI is the number one weakness of the game. It needs to be improved drastically or the game will never make it to the next level no matter what other improvements are made.

With very few exceptions, the only time I use shortcut keys are hand-eye type games where you need to group & move units quickly in a real-time environment, games like age of mythology, otherwise I can't think of any cases I n
Quoting tmh31, reply 267 I like to role-play a magic-focused game with casting sovereign and heroes. You can make them go faster with boots & cloaks etc. But then the summons or armies they need as tanks slow them down to 2 moves/turn. Does anyone have ideas for ways around this? There used to be a talent called "Organised" that let everyone in a group move at the sovereign's speed, but thi
Possibly newb questions, but I can't find answers in the game: 1. What exactly is the formula for melee (i) chance to hit and (ii) damage (as a function of atk, def, armor, etc)? How are we supposed to know if to invest heroes as casters or fighters without raw data? . 2. I can see on my city info screen that caravans give bonus to food. But i've also heard they give gold? If this is true, where is this documented?
My suggestion (and this may sound odd but I will explain) is a large map with all AIs on ridiculous difficulty. Ridiculous AIs get a lot of resources around their cities so you can take over a few of them. You want lots of AIs because then you can be on friendly terms with a few of them so the game won't end if one sovereign suicides itself on you, just don't alliances. Also if you can manage to be friendly with your bordering fa
Hi all I don't want to end the game, i just want a bit of gold so i can move things along a bit, is that too much to ask?
Why would anyone want to play a game past the point they've won? There's no enjoyment to be had: no challenge, no fun.
