Also because of the Dungeon Master? If I understand things correctly, Stardock would gather information about how people play the game and then use that to improve the AI. Now, if you're cheating, or using mods, clearly the information that you supply is not going to be worth anything.

It just so happens that this is a tropico 5 free-to-play weekend on steam.

Personally I think it was a marginal upgrade from tropico 4, definitely not worth the pricetag for a returning customer. But if you're looking for another fun sim with a bit of silly, Tropico's the way to go.

The game was released almost two years ago and almost nothing has changed in what we can mod. It's played out, more than anything.

I picked it up after the glowing release reviews. While the game does a lot of things right, I don't think it has staying power. While I'm playing I get the feeling of "just one more turn", but the next 30 minutes are the same as the last. Sure, I could grow my city to hundreds of thousands, but scale is really all the game has to offer. That, and about 90% of the time is spent thinking about how to best avoid traffic jams. There are no random events, there is no difficu
I'm going to suggest a release date the last couple of days prior to the Fourth of July. A significant chunk of the userbase should have a long weekend at that time. Everyone else will have a normal weekend, and a Thursday or Friday release would give new buyers time to get it downloaded prior to close-of-business on Friday. Risking the July-September drought may actually work in SK's favor, as a lack of solid games dur

Game feels way too basic for me. But I wouldn't say that it's a bad game because it does what it does in a successful way. It's just underwhelming, lacking ambition, stale. That it was made straight-to-app doesn't help me when I'm playing on PC.

Looks very nice, but tired of citybuilders not delivering. Will wait for judgements on playability at release.

There was this old game where you played RTS but the spin was that you built mechs as well, and you collected parts in battle from blown-up mechs. Anyone remember the name? It was divided into underground, ground and air maps.

In light of this do you feel that AMD are abandoning Mantle for now? With DX12 do you feel that Mantle is much less relevant?
I was going to state that he was 'alleged' to have harassed someone. In fact said harassed person had to write an apology for the false accusation. The previous poster did not do any research on Brad at all. This is exactly the kind of crap SJW's love to push and it works with un-informed people as we see here. Doesn't matter what games you output when you've been labeled. Not only does Brad Wardell have a history of sexually harassing his female employees but he is also directly criticizing Sarkeesian / GamerGhazi in posts like these. I mean, let's at least be fair. Brad Wardell is an outspoken critic of their movement. That means he's the ENEMY.

Oh man, my first DnD book had a duck race in it, the picture made a completely ridiculously-sounding race into something awesome. Was a rogue/indian type leather armor. Edit: Some inspiration perhaps? http://i.imgur.com/NXKakBT.jpg
Well.. thats a slap in the face for us founders.. Guess Galciv 3 is the last game Ill ever pre-order/kickstart/etc..
I would check out the reasons for any pre-order price before you preorder. Some games specifically offer a much lower price at kickstarter/preorder to attract buyers. Galciv 3 was not even close to being one of them.

There's no gender difference stat-wise in our units -> "You are downplaying positive female traits to subdue the role of women." Include said positive female traits -> "Why are there differences between the genders? We want equality!"
Will mods for Legendary Heroes and Fallen Enchantress be compatible with Sorcerer Kings?
In 99% of the cases no.
Will it be possible to use graphic assets and other assets from mods for LH and FE in mods for SK?
As far as I can tell yes! There may be some differences which I haven't really looked at. For example I'm sure you can use units from FE:LH but in that game you are expected to add y

Even though I don't know how this will turn out, I have to say I'm damn happy that Stardock are trying to breathe some new life into strategy games: Sorcerer king, Offworld trading and now Servo. Much respect for Stardock for daring to go somewhere new (okay, I don't really know that much about Servo but it LOOKS like it'll require some new mechanics).
