So far the best season by far, a marked step up from fillers in season 2 in particular. I really like that the dynamics between the characters have significantly been altered between the second and third season. While the 3d monsters remain lackluster, in my opinion they've stepped up their game when it comes to background and settings.

Will fix in next release, them and wolfmen are supposed to be untameable.
Then you give all the golem a special unitstat you create, then have the trait do something like Unit AdjustUnitStat UnitStat_Defense_Pierce UnitStat_IAMGOLEM &nb
Happened to me, found it in a city. I think the army was automoving through the city and just didn't come out on the other side.
Like so CityTrainingBonus TrainingBonus_ApplyAbilityBonus Enmity &n
Hmmm... tricky. There are a lot of variables to consider here - what is easy to use for the player, easy to use for the AI, what does the UI support. The first way would be to have the golems use battleautocastspell on themselves at the start of every fight. This would cast a spell that increased their stats based on what you want - maybe an extra trait given out to trained units in that city - maybe an extra unitstat they got for being trained in a city - maybe a unitstat you can glo
Unfortunately Children of Storm does not support creating new factions based on the new races from CoS. However, if you wish to add these abilities to the existing factions you can do so by going into /ChildrenOfStorm_Factions/ and then open /race_Angel/ if you want to edit that faction. Then open raceconfig_angels.xml and add * just above the line that says . Replace * with any of th
Personally I think very few people could handle a "flip of the switch" from living calm lives where people lie to them, to going to a world where only truth can be spoken (and MUST be spoken apparently?). Likely it would result in the whole economic system collapsing over a period of days. You think harassment at the work place is a big issue today? Try a day in a world where you can't lie. Hey beautiful, I want to fuck your ass. I didn't listen to what you asked because I was

I had good friends I enjoyed playing the ship to ship pvp with. The beta was fucking awesome by the way, as Klingon. Klingons could not get to the upper level ships for KDF, but me and a few friends figured out a way to ... "get" to the Sol system. In the final days of the beta they turned every zone into a PVP zone. So me and my friends went to the Earth space station (can't remember its name, its the big one). We boarded and started killing low levels (normally you would not be
I've seen this extensively when I modded games. I'm not saying that mods are at fault. What I'm saying is that if the pool of items is much larger, then the chance of getting the same item twice or three times should be smaller. And yet I frequently get the same item drop over and over.
No, there are no official plans to backport anything except crash fixes and possibly AI. Anything else people made up.
No, there is no practical way to remove an old bloodline. There are two ways to effectively remove a trait in theory: 1) The trait is an injury, and can be removed alongside any other injury. 2) The trait has an upgrade that is identical to the first one but in inverse, countering any effect you gained from the first one (+1 hp / -1 hp). Neither method can be applied in practice to something like this. The second method is not applicable because we don't know which
Thank you. I summon him so easily now. Though, how do I make the ai use the spell? and not make an army of them? Thanks again
I would suggest that you give the spell -1 meaning infinite cooldown, and 1 so that only t
No, when it comes to overwriting techs you need to do so in the installation directory.
Also you may want to throw in a IsUniqueButBuildable tag (check it out in CoreUnits.xml for spelling) so people can train them but not design them. Or maybe you want that.
PackTactics abilitybonusoptions has a prereq. Including that makes it impossible to build. You can remake the abilitybonus as a new one without the unit_level tag and prereq: Pack Tactics</DisplayName>
I've attempted to make Wargs a trainable unit, but they will not appear in game and I have no idea why. I've created several mods that allowed new units before and they all work just fine, but Wargs are baffling me. Any ideas?
I'm guessing you gave it more than 4 traits, which is the maximum. Since factions by default only support 4 traits for trained units, any unit with more th
I'm not looking to expand the mod in that direction, but you can already make golems and demons when you play those factions from this mod.
This indicates that the mod was not installed in the right place. Specifically the /Gfx/ folder has not been extracted into the /mods/ folder. You will likely encounter other issues as well, so make sure you read the readme.txt instructions and follow them.
I think you should create one topic with easy-to-install instructions for the mod. The modding community (modders and people using mods) is very small so you are unlikely to get much response from mini-changes like these. I say this next bit just to give you some perspective. Please take it only as advice and not me being hostile in any way. Who's going to start a new game and play it through just to test one tech being moved one step? That's not reason
How are you spawning him? EDit: Ah, it was in the second part. Okay, so you cannot spawn a champion using that type of modifier. What you need to do is create an alternative way to spawn this champion when the game has started. The most AI-functional way, and the easiest way to implement, is to create a strategic spell that summons him. You (or the AI) would then cast the spell the instant the game starts. This is an example of a modifier that creates a
Hopefully this can get to the trials soon so we can see some test results. Infections are killers, after all.
