Yes, unless the game is for some reason disastrously disappointing. I usually work alone with my mods, though. I don't mean this aimed at you in particular, but other people tend to fall very short of what they set out to do. I don't always get where I want to go, but I'll at least travel the distance. Impinc, cephalo, murteas and Kenata would be the real exceptions I've seen in WOM modding.

Fk it, I'm going to say it. The game looks too good (visually), at this point. They're either shooting clips on a beyond-high-end computer, or running at a very low resolution (1080p or even 720p).
A great game, I think. Graphics are amazing. The storyline is very thematic. The gameplay is fun, more of a "sandbox puzzle" than anything else. The campaign is quite straightforward. The first few missions you always get "do that and only that", but quite soon you get a few choices. Of course the real choices are how you shape the world. The game is VERY short though - probably no more than 4-5 hours. But I would still recommend it, if only for the experience (it's like portal 2, a one-o
Quoting Frogboy, reply 71 Labor is only about half of the cost of running a studio. Very cool, a crowd-sourced publishing deal. I loved the first game, so for me a pledge was a no-brainer. I wouldn't hold my breath for any real "revenue share" though, those things tend to get filtered out in the book-keeping ("oh, we just hired someone for 1 year forward, so that ate all the revenue").
I had a talk with Derek today on this very issue about the decision to move Fallen Enchantress from Fall 2011 to Winter 2012 and that this would add $1M + to the budget. There's no way we'd recover that since most WOM buyers are getting FE for free. But luckily for me (And you guys) we can afford to do this.
[e digicons]8C[/e] that's more than a year away... are we talking anticipated release, or does that include post-release support/content? Ground control and dow2 would be neat. It would be dow2 but on a much more strategic level. Almost like that alternate table top game where every warhammer 40k unit is tiny as fuck.
I consistently beat the dungeons with 3 or 4 units, no archers, and decent magic to back me up. I disagree that the rewards aren't worth it, especially high-tier dungeons can give you metal, crystals, elementium, materials, champions and artifact mounts/weapons/armor (some of which can even be from a tier above). Archers are notoriously ineffective against high-armor enemies, maybe you should depend less on them. Also be sure to bring your most powerful mages, or you won't stand much
I'd love a crossover between the gameplay of dungeon keeper and any mmorpg. One side plays adventurers, the other the overlords that construct dungeons and lands for them to visit.
Browser hipster! I'm using this thing called Netskycyberinterpetrula browser. You've probably never heard of it.
As a private user, yay. I'm glad my company isn't large enough to suffer a total breakdown every time an update is released.
If we can't have access to the bug tracker, you need to think of some other way to do it. We reported a multitude of bugs in 1.3 from early on to late in the beta process and many went completely ignored. Spam is not an option, I can understand that. But neither is ignoring our reports. For example, all these bugs were reported and went unadressed in the 1.3 beta: https://forums.elementalgame.com/410743 It seems t
It doesn't really show anything but I like what I can imagine about it so far.
I'm loving everything since season 4, really. Some great arcs.

I'm being manipulated, yes, but this has nothing to do with privacy. Privacy, to me, means they have information about my personal characteristics. They don't. This is a shoemaker making shoes in pairs, not measuring how long I cut my toenails.

Please don't. Horrible micro if you want it efficient, and the map ends up looking all civilized.
Yeah, action was great, the drama was ok, the camera stuff was great, but the story was all over the place. It's like someone sat down and did some super-intelligent analysis and arrived at the conclusion that we can "make money off of this for exactly X seasons, after that the viewers get bored and the actors want too much payment". Like Lost.
I, too, use a pad (an iPad, specifically) and it is just an amazing piece of gadget. I didn't want to get it for a very long time because I couldn't see the use for it, so a friend got one for me and it is just so smooth. The way I see it, as the tech developers can take the PC out into the house and away from a workstation, the less we will think of PCs as PCs (even if they technically are). I think Microsoft's 2019
You should use the spoiler tag when you put details about the show in there. It's only decent towards those who haven't seen the last episodes yet. The way I see it,
the mothership was being reconstructed into something else, with human metals. When the ship first arrived, it was probably very invincible to human weaponry because it was all alien metal. And at the end of the season, the mothership has been rebuilt and expanded with human metals - meanwhile, the weapon
Yeah, it's not updated. I'm very on edge about updating the mod because 1.3 has several bad bugs and design choices which completely take any fun out of the game for me, and others. I was hoping Stardock would fix these bugs in quick order, but nothing seems to be happening.
