It's going to use Impulse::Reactor for DRM/multiplayer/acheivements/etc. It's similar to Steamworks, but not invasive (which, IMO, that alone makes it infinetely better). Philly meant which of the Stardock forums. There are more than just the Elemental ones (Sins, GalCiv2, Impulse. WinCustomize, etc). They're all kind of connected. Users on one site can see some posts from other sites, but not always all of them.
Give it some time. It went live less than an hour ago[e digicons]:P[/e] And, iirc, they have to go through the backlog of people who pre-ordered between Betas 2 and 3 before they can charge new orders. If it still doesn't work by this time tomorrow, then you might have a problem.
