Um Why would you amass peasants? They're not a great unit choice. Design a better unit instead. Also research some equipment, like Xia said.

Hm. I use a strong one for financial things, but a fairly weak one for everything else (because really, if somebody wants to impersonate me and post on a forum as me, I can just email the admin and nothing of value is lost). I haven't heard about the 90 day changes being a security risk before.
Perks: Rumored to be in Skyrim. I may have understood it wrong.
Perks aren't a rumor, they're totally confirmed. They're associated with skills. There may be exceptions to that, but that's the general trend at least; the article talked like they were all like that.
10 races to choose from (Holy crap thats a lot of races)
No it's not. That's the same as every other Elder Scrolls game. So far, I like everything we've heard about it. I just hope

Something I do is to take an easy-to-remember password, and then move my fingers one step to the right when it's entered. It just looks like a bunch of random letters, and that's what it will be to a dictionary attack, but I don't go forgetting it. It can include capitals and numbers and symbols same as otherwise.

I was all set to come in here and say this was a dumb idea, because I was thinking about it in terms of realistic weather effects and logistics. (which would be good, were a season something like ten turns instead of one, but is just too much when it shifts every turn). But tying it to elements is a brilliant idea. Sarudak's idea of just tacking another shard onto the count is simple and implementable. brycex99's idea for a more pervasive system is certainly preferable, but it

AI has recently been made a good bit more intelligent in general. The artificial limiting of this is I guess not adequately implemented yet.

I don't know, I read Xia's and it is a good plot, but I worry that a Titan may be too powerful of an entity to actively involve. I don't like nailing down Titan power levels (or Titan personalities/behaviors) in this manner. I would recommend making this character the child of a Titan and a mortal - with the Crone implied to be the mortal parent. It's a really great plot though, and that is my only concern.

What are the technical constraints on what a quest can be? Most of the quests in-game are pretty limited, (get the quest, go to a place, maybe fight something, win) but presumably we are able to do a bit more than that.

Yo bro I'm happy for you having your opinion and all, but all of us here like Elemental just fine and know that Brad and Jon are human and we see Brad doing his damnedest to make Elemental a better game. With this knowledge, it's quite clear that you couldn't possibly be attempting to accomplish something real here, and thus must merely be trolling. Therefore I've reported you, and while I generally loathe the stifling of discussion, I will not mourn this thread. @EmersonPF: If t

This is great. The scaling houses is, in my mind, a but redundant with the hut/house/villa progression, but replacing the big single houses with smaller patches of housing produces a gorgeous and organic look, and properly conveys the proper size of a city.

Teleport still exists, it's in the Mobility spellbook, which you need to take at Sovereign creation. You can also use boats, which require researching Navy as Empire, or something with a similarly self-explanatory name as Kingdom. And, as people have said, you can alter the shape of the land around you, once you get sufficiently advanced terraforming spells. It'll cost you a lot of mana, though.
