This is what happened when I dropped some tiles into the game: Oh noes, the giants have enslaved the little people! Actually, my big fear was that the tiles would be way too small for the zoom level and would slow down the game considerably. So far that doesn't seem to be the case. The zoom levels compensate well for both large-scale and small-scale. In

It almost makes me angry that Glenn Beck is taking a rational approach to all this, considering how insane he is about every single other issue.
That's silly. Everyone knows that Frogboy was struggling with his blue collar job trying start his rap career. Unfortunately, he couldn't get no respect, because rival rappers "Leaders of the Free World" kept harassing him. He finally challenges them to a one-on-one rap off, where Frogboy beats him and earns the respect of his peers.
If you listen to what he is actually saying you will understand that he claims elements of the US government are at war with the visitors, and that it's only a matter of time before the visitors retaliate (justifiably in his mind one imagines). Perhaps you quibble over weather or not to call that a 'prediction', it matters little if the issue is semantics though.
Raven X sums up my perspective pretty well, and
This is, in my opinion, the worst metal song ever. When you listen the second time over, pay attention to the lyrics. You'll feel bad for laughing at it. EDIT: Perhaps not the worst... but definitely the most unintentionally funny. <param name="allowscriptaccess" value="alw
What did I say they said? They claimed that the ETs would 'take action', whatever that means, if we (the government) doesn't stop the 'war' against them.
That's a pretty meek "prediction", where essentially he's saying if you attack UFOs they might try and defend themselves. There certainly was no mention of "alien invasions" or any kinds of prophetic nonsense. In fact, I'd say the p
This modification will surely change the entire tenor of the game toward epicness.

Neither speakers made any predictions about anything.
This guy is an American Hero. We sent him in to space and to the moon. He's respected in many fields and as a military man and pilot. You're telling me we trust this guy to be shot off into space on top of billions of dollars of equipment, but we can't trust him to be telling the truth now? He's not the only high ranking American official to come forward either. Tons of retired military personnel, ranking as high as Generals, are coming
Oh, so people in the military or government can't be batshit crazy? People are great at deluding themselves, and believing things they want to believe, they will go to all ends to persist in their unfounded beliefs. This speech is utterly ridiculous. His spew of nonsense has been ongoing for decades, and guess what? The aliens still haven't killed everyone, or enslaved

Hey Raven, maybe we can have a general model/modding request thread for community needs? I'd like some models done but they're basically pretty generic (i.e. bolts of cloth, cauldrons, young humans etc) BTW, I attempted to make a Draconian model for you. It was hilariously bad.

The furthest distance we can see with any real clarity is approximately 13 billion light years. That is not to say the universe is that old. In all likely hood it's much older. During the time it took for that light to reach us the universe has expanded a great deal. As for life other than ours, it would be pure arrogance to think we are the only ones. And why haven't we

Brad's a fan, and he's been talking about doing an RPG for years - even elemental is a move in this direction. It's a perfect fit. The only worry would be the technical side. It would need to be graphically spectacular to justify a remake and that's not necessarrily stardock's forte.
The "magnified magical power" sounds interesting...
I'll tell you, the only person with a solid record of pulling off awesome monsters is Guillermo del Toro.
