Not getting Basic Spellbook (automatically and for free) for custom Sovereigns should be a bug. So Stunty should be fine in EWoM (in theory).

OMNIRON should consider using more discrete clothes. And know that only the most powerfull spells will end requiring you to control certain types of Shards, while most of the spells won't. Or that said Frogboy. COnsidering that the current magic system is more placeholder than magic system, I believe him.

As both are not mutually exclusive by nature (unlike being Lucky/Unlucky, pretty/ugly), I don't favor them to be mutually exclusive. Regal: +10% in Diplomacy, costs 1 point. Distrusted: -30% in Diplomacy, gives 2 points. Weaknesses/flaws should be really that and not just "free points for the min/maxer". Hell, in Legend of the Five Rings, the disadvantage of "Dark Secret" goes from 5 points (lots of trouble is discovered but could survive) to 10 (dead man walking). Con
Once itnerfaces and options are really delimited, I'd expect more options in the faction screen. And hopefully better than the Dawn of War (1 or 2, especially 2) Army Painter, than although good, only allowed to see some units.

Custom Sovereigns don't get added the Basic Spellbook when created which is supposed to (could be added manually to his .xml for future games though). Without that book, no Teleport or Charm Monster.
Teleport and Charm Monster are basic spells as far as I know (I never pick Air).

Cities leveling up with some advanced housing seem some kind of Achiles Talon for the game. When one ofmy cities level up, it became like this: I had lost houses (common bug that not always happens) and the borders where totally nuts. That same turn I destroyed the watchtower but it didn't make any difference. I ordered to build some houses and the borders fixed

I had a couple of turn button greyed in which I decided to save and exit the game in order to reload and continue playing. I have done it two or three times with 0.3 and has worked fine. (The Damsel and Knight quests have worked fine too)
I really don't know what to think of the turn button greying out. One turn freezes, reload and a popup of ALtar declaring war appears. Another time it's just some events in the list (a few or many). 0.3 Reloading the game sometimes makes the mountains to appear.
