Dow II isn't Dow 2.0, so what? It seems quite W40K to me. Not that i wouldn't have prefered something more original than some kind of mix of DoW and CoH but it seems quite interesting and fun.

Definition of awesome (or at least one): when you dream that night of a theathre play in which Frogboy plays as Draginol and Carielf plays as Amanda. [Curiosly, she was dressed like one of the women of the Advent... Also, Draginol's throne was purple and Amanda's (what, i already said it was a dream) was blue. The orb was flashy and stuff.] The ties with Gal Civ II make it more awesome.

It's not my fault if Configuración Local (Local Settings in english, i think ) has a "weird" character in it. (still wanting to try Demigod b
An Elemental t-shirt... wow, i would love to buy one. Or two.
¿ . . . ?
Praise be the Frogboy for giving us this post. [e digicons][/e] I'm going to assume that we will get more background info about past times of the world inside old dungeons and places like that, right? At least in the campaign? It would be a very nice touch.
Niiiiiiiice. [e digicons][/e] Next video could be one of those paladins with armor, helmet and shield? [e digicons]:pout:[/e]
Ok, Frogboy. I know that there has been some people around "complaining" about the game's art/graphics but come on, you are totally heading into the very wrong direction with those. Nothing against old school art/graphics but i think you should have stayed with what you had. Or maybe that's how the game is seen in lower end machines... [e digicons]:omg:[/e] In any case, i like the idea altough about that "quick build"... not sure. Could we have "quick build" for weapons and armors too

Who cares about protecting your kid's mental development? Survival of the fittest!! About the original link... so many many man
Well, in D&D terms it was quite easy. Positive Energy has some qualities that allow those who get it to get cured, for example. You only need someone who can actually tap into that type of energy and being able to use it properly. The common example is a cleric that is a channeler of his God's power. As long as the clric can channel enough positive energy (proper cleric level and proper spell level, in we talk in rpg terms) he can heal any wound (not the same a regrow of lost parts... sta
Magic is a complicated topic. The usual definition is based in that magic is all that defies natural laws of real world. Be it a fireball created by the creation of some antimatter under your nose or being able to create a portal to Hell by sacrifying twenty virgins while a moon eclipse. That magic needs some laws to govern it seems obvious. That it mimics reality real world to the point where to match a torch with magic costs the same effort as to do it normally, that's not fun.

Plus, balking at the art is just noticing that the Air image has a more dynamic layout (an empty center with balanced whorl and crystal in upper left and lower right). The others are just dull phalli in comparison.
Fire and Water may need Air, Earth doesn't. But i would agree in that this picture is one of the weakest examples of the art we have seen.
@Wintersong: Let's stay on topic? My pointing out that not everyone likes this graphical style was not intended as an insult; your message however is. If you don' like what I'm saying - that these graphics look less than mediocre - try and defend the graphical style instead of insulting a poster.
If I could have one wish from IC and SD regarding Sins, it would be for them to get a Babylon 5 license and make a Sins B5 edition. There has not been a real B5 game produced beyond a flop StarFury shooter that really blew big heavy chunks. The IP is over 15 years old now so JMS and Babyloian Products should want to do such a thing. Frankly I don’t know why a triple A title for B5 was never made but Sins is the perfect e
I want to suppose that if they have said nothing yet, it is because they are not ready to tell us (or very busy planning everything). I sign on for obvious reasons.
That pic is really awesome. Love all the details. [e digicons][/e] I wish you could spoil us more often with pics like this. (Elemental wallpapers?)
Lovely. The art is lovely. [e digicons]\o/[/e] I like a lot the crystal medallions altough the air one seems to be the "weakest".
What a waste. If i want a game or expansion, "details" like Valve or Impulse will mean nothing to me. If i really want a game, the only excuse not to get it, it's not to have the money to buy it (ok, and DRM). That i don't need to the program whenever i want to play is for me a great advantage. So for me, Impulse feels better but not perfect. But if Valve had a game i was interested in (it has some but i already own them in physical copies, like Dawn of War), i would had no problems i
Bioware should use RPG Maker VX (just to mention the latest) for their next game. Less graphics and more story. [e digicons]:moo:[/e] I'm somehow joking. If my channeler can take part of the same battles as my units, obviously he needs scores similar to them. If he can get some extra ones tied to non-combat parts of the game, that would be logical and nice. If he is allowed some customization in the perks/feats/flaws department, even better. If there could be some skills (no useless ones, please), sweet too. Heroes should work like channelers, same system just that with fewer options as they are not channelers after all. Hopefully, we

For that other "pre-Beta"/"late-Alpha" that Frogboy talks about, we shouldn't worry too much. Those who take part will share with us information and screenshots, so at least we will get some fun too.
I would enjoy a full fleshed revolution system that could be used by sneaky channelers to make more "interesting" the life of opposing channelers. Spies, assassins, rebels,... The more different kind of "battlefields", the better.
A mechanic different from the "Morale - Tax - Enemy_Influence = Prob._of_Rebelion" would be nice. Europa Universalis' one seems fun... Need to invest in some "brainwash" magic just in case. [e digicons]:cylon:[/e]
