You need to log in first, though.

Auto-explore is a toggle, but it doesn't show it, if it is active. You just need to try it a few times to properly deactivate it.
Did they give it away free to those who pre-ordered War of Magic? I just downloaded the game and noticed I have the mentioned maps available in-game.
No, only FE and LH are free for those who pre-ordered WoM. FE already has some custom maps included. Are you sure, that you are not confusing them with the ones from the DLC?

Those changes sound great. However, I'm not happy with making it Steam only. I understand the reasoning behind it, but I just don't like having to use Steam (or any other third-party client) to play the game.

I never had that one in my games, so I can't comment on if it is working or not. However, to be of some help, I looked through the files. This isn't a quest but a random event. The InternalName is RandomEvent_AdventureProblem_3.
As far as I know, this is working as intended. Shadow Bolt is meant to reduce the Spell Resistance of the target. If it could be resisted, it would kinda defeat the point.
Do your Conclaves have Essence? If there is no Essence, the Apothecary won't be available.
In the ledger, I can see if towns have "free essence" for more spells, but I can not click on the "free" essecnce-slots to choose spells, I have to remember the name of the city, then go to the spells-menu, then find the city by name.
If you double-click on the city in the ledger, the camera will move to its location.

You may need to cast in on a champion, but it is meant to affect the whole army. Overall, I would prefer it, if Tireless March wouldn't stack and only affect strategic moves.
It is still unlocked by the Enchantment tech.
If the game crashes, then please make a post with all the necessary data, as outlined in this thread. The devs can't fix the crashes, if they don't know what is causing them.
You can't remove champions from your army in the scenario. This is mentioned in the text that appears after the objectives at the beginning. However, there is still a way to bring Gnarri back to full strength. Go to a neutral town and buy Iru Elixirs. They will heal one of his injuries per potion.
Not true. It is very inconsistent. Many times for fighting on the roads you get penalized by loss of mp depending on a territory, as if road did not exist. It varies also if you auto-resolve or not.
Roads in enemy territory provide no bonus to you, so it will cost you the normal amount of mp based on terrain. This is working as intended. However, I was talking about roads in general. Also, I don't use auto-resolve
I'm pretty certain the game applies the movement cost of the tile the enemy is on after combat ends. So if the spider was on a forest tile (very common) then engaging in combat will consume 2 movement points. Whereas if you fight a spider on fertile land it will consume 1 movement point. I can't recall if engaging monsters on roads consumes 1/4 movement points though, it might be an exception.
Fight
3. Finishing a battle while rooted (web) removes all movement points after battle. So if you have 5 MP and attack a spider on a plain and finish while webbed you'll be at 0 instead of 4.
You lose all movement points regardless of, if you are still webbed or not at the end of combat.

So it is imperative, that you post your crash reports. Here is a gui
