I dont use any mods. Am I the only one that see thats the Trogs, Urxen, and Magnar people defualt units are wearing human armor that doesn't fit so their arms and chest pop through it, and looks all shitty?

Okay, I dont understand the "Enable minor factions" option. Can we have that enable something other than just the Orekeepers ones? I know there are more than just those guys, but thats the only one that ever shows up. I want to enable ALL minor factions. Somewhat dumb option to enable just the one minor faction. Archers, deflect, and that ice stabby spell are enough to kill anything.

Well, I would just hit them with that low level ice spell that keeps them from attacking and use deflect on my units, and you can defeat anything that way if you have the mana, and I hade kids that regened enough magic and had enough base to keep that going a long time. But they did attack me with groups of Scions and Ogres that each had 900 hp, that took forever to kill, and if a Scion would get that special attack off, it would kill any of my units.

AI almost gave me a challenge when it was putting itself tens of thousands of gold in debt to crank out huge stacks of Scions and Ogres and Demons.

I know the Thief you are talkng about his name starts with an "A" and has yellow skin. He's probably the closest to being non human as heroes go.

Thre are a few magic items and CON, but really, there isn't any way. I mean, if you really try hard, your hero might have 40 hp, and at the end of the game, I was fighting stacks that had close to 1000. So your heroes are just for casting spells at that point and hoping they dont ever get hit. Sucks, I know. I wish they wouldnt have soldiers increase in HP so much and heroes so little.

I agree Brad, and I'm not trying to be rude or kick a dead horse. Like I said, I really like this game, Stardock, and you. It's just that some times it makes me wince when when I read some of your post or see things in game, and I think "How?" But I'm ready to move on, and think that this game could still be great, I have a whole thread of new ideas to improve and bugs that can be fixed. Did this fix Urken, Troggs, and such running around wearing human armor that doesn't fit and looks terrible? The Defualt units of those nations come wearing human armor instead of fallen armor and it doesn't fit. When will that be fixed? I hate seeing my enemies, which are suppose to be bad ass evil dudes running around with their chest sticking out of their armor.

I think Dadoo made a lot of good points. And I feel like he has every reason to feel that way. I really like this game, Stardock and Brad. But, that doesn't mean that I can overlook that this game was released with a ton of flaws and a ton of mistakes that should have been caught before release.

I play large maps with a lot of opponents, so its no uncommon for my games to go more than 700 turns and I get crashes all the time at that point. Its still a lot of fun though, but I don't think I can recommend it just yet.

I would have a hard time saying the game is "good", but I have had a lot of fun playing it. It's kind of a contradiction, but as much as I am having fun with it, I couldn't recommend it to anyone yet. Needs fixes and polishing.

I think resources should cluster more. Meaning instead of having a clay pit way over there and a wild horses way over there, make them more close together. So there would be the same amount of resources, but you wouldn't need to make so many cities to claim them all. Less city spam the. Some times when I get mad and post my frustrations at the game, it's becasue I see how increadible the game can be but it's tripping on little dumb mistakes, little details. A few fixes here and there, and the game would be really good.

I think I would hate it if I was able to get every resource easy in the game. Like if Iron and Crystals and mounts were never difficult to get a lot of. Right now, their scarcity makes certain areas and cities special. right now me and the Ai have only one city between us that produces crystals and his cheating ass is sending wave after wave of trolls at me. 900 hp stacks of fucking doom against my magic item archers of death and super princes. Fun times. P

I dont think it would take that much to make the game really good. Some AI tweaks, UI changes, fix bugs and balance some things out and it would be a really good game. Sure, I have a thread where I am posting all my frustrations with the game, but it comes from loving it and already putting more than a hundred hours into it.
