I think they are good for bringing atmosphere to the game.

Have you new guys chosen: "Show pre-release versions" and "Check for updates"?
Heh, not lying. 20% downloaded now. Oh happy days!
It can be downloaded now. I'm on 7 %.
I'm downloading now!!!!!! :D
This is a game I will be playing for many years. At least until an Elemental 2 arrives. So, make it perfect please..... ;) The only games I play now are good old quality games like Heroes 3 and 4, Civilization 4, Galactic Civilizations 2, Hearts of Iron 2 and Europa Universalis 3. No other games made up to this date interests me for more then for a few game sessions. Elemental will be in the immortal catagory, I'm sure of that.
Hmmm, I don't like the watchtower as first build to be a nobrainer. Now with just one turn to complete it is. People will always choose to build it first. One more thing. If you plan the huts to take larger population and being cheaper, you should really consider an upgrade cost for them later on. I want to be forced to prioritize, don't like these automatical upgrades.
Civilization 5 is the Civ 4 team including Sid and Soren. No it's not. Soren is at EA now. I think Civ V will be awesome though. But I'm not worried about Elemental's success.
It would be cool to see you and Stardock making a Civilization-like game after Elemental, Frog. Or perhaps you modding Elemental to a Civilization game when you take yo
I really don't like rigma, better go with Gildar or Thaler or Ducats. Better suited for a fantasy game in my opinion. Agree with Vessol there, Rigma sounds more futuristic/Sci-Fi.
My compliments to the Frog and the Stardockians. Well done. This sounds very interesting indeed. I'm in love with Elemental already! I'm a lucky fanboy indeed! :D
I'd love to see Stardock making a Civilization game, A 4000BC to 2050AD, human history game. Firaxis need some competition, and I'm sure the Frog would make the greatest Civilization-like game ever seen, and he would really love the task. Perhaps call it Frogboy's Empires or something. It's my dream for the next Stardock game. That said, I love Firaxis, Sid Meier, and the Civilization games, but we can't get enough of this genre. Actually we are starved to death
We need workers. They can be raided and taken as slaves as well, wich is very fun. Workers are fun!!! :)
Really love the arts. This style is more to my heart then Heroes V..... :) Looks splendid, interesting, and feeds my fantasy, without looking too superhero'ish or childish....
Yes indeed!
Same problem here as well. The game breaks down in the first turn, usually after building the city.....
Love it, it's like the grand game Tropico! :)
No no no - you are on the wrong path people Dont join the dark side... These odds cannot be calculated. They can in CIV IV cause its all based on known values, but not in Elemental. If we are going to control our army in any way during the battle (think Heroes of Might and Magic or even as a little RTS game) then its not possible to calculate. A good player will always have better odds than som calculation based on AI se
I'd like the combat risk evaluation to be based on your scouting skills. Something that will make scouting skills worth while, something like Heroes of M&M IV! :)

I'm so tired of this female sexism, I'd almost wish I lived in the time before computer games..... So... doing something very simple that makes the game more commercially interesting to the other 50% of the popu
Well, I seldom like the kind of games girls like...... Sims comes to my mind...... Edit: As long they are fat and ugly like most female queens in real history, I guess we could have a few of them, but only if it is the last hope for the ruling family to keep the bloodline in power.
