Looking much better with a full page this morning!
I have a Stardock badge by my user and member #2. A sig would be overkill. Kris
[Samuel L Jackson] I've got the Member No. that says Bad Muthaf***a! [e digicons]:D[/e] And woot, thanks for the update! Installing while I'm typing!
Several thousand years ago there was a valid reason to not eat pork, because they had no idea of germ theory and if they ate bad pork they'd get sick. Now there is no valid reason, we have advanced medical practices and an understanding as to why it makes us sick. Nagging because of a word, which is just data in lines of code, is ridiculous. I bet there is no one else, or possibly maybe a handful at best, would notice and complain. I respe
Undying Curse (found on Butcherman) "When this unit kills a victim it adds another member to its group, to a maximum of 9 units" Should this be a maximum of 5 units now? That is what it seems to be maxing out at for me. I'm assuming this 9 is back from the old size of groups most likely?
What is the benefit of building road early, instead of waiting for auto-road by techs? Does road increase gildar etc?
Defensively you can get your troops around quicker. Also, being able to lay down the road manually lets you skip some bad spots/routes that the automatic roads use. Like when they go through wildlands or through an AI area when not necessary.
I have yet to find that god damn pony! I search the world for quest after quest, and haven't seen it yet!
LOL, maybe they released a special version for you, you are the only one who can't get it!
You got it for free? Brad made me do things to get my copy. Terrible things...things that make me feel dirty, no matter how much I sit in the shower scrubbing and crying...
Yeah, but you got rewarded with a Pony in the end. Buck up little camper!
I can not access and version of the manual...every time I try I get an internet explorer has stopped working message and the page crashes.... Help...there are some things that I cant figure out that are making the game unplayable (for instance how the heck do you heal injuries on your champions?)
Try to download it, instead of opening it. It is a large file, so it may be crashing the pdf reading plugin
At the current time I CAN NEVER have ships and dynasties but if they were in the game you can still choose to use them or not. My attitude is: Give me what I paid for.
Last time I checked, you still own E:WoM. This game is in addition to E:WoM, it isn't a replacement. Nobody took away your right to play the game you DID pay for. Stardock did not in any way, shape, or form HAVE to give us FE for free. I ab
I'm kinda 50/50 on sea travel. I'd take it, but I'm certainly not pissed it's not there. Dynasties on the other hand. Ugh! Keep them out. They would just throw off hero balance once you start having kids. The only way that works is making heroes mortal. And I much prefer the current system.
Without Shrink, dragons would be unassailable until you could cast Diamondskin.
That's not entirely true, I never use either on them. To stay on topic though, non-stackable would be nice.
Letting more than 9 in.
Awesome. Another question too, if you don't mind. As far as the scenario changes go, will they work with existing scenario saves, or will we need to start a new one for these changes?
Argh! My eyes!!!!
lol. I actually said "whoa" out load. This damn post better not be turning me into Keanu!
Fixed an issue that could cause units to get dropped if you had more than 9 going into a tactical battle
How was this fixed? Limiting to 9 or less, or letting more than 9 in?
The "Improvement Destroyed" message now includes a button to go to the site of the former improvement
Yes! Much appreciated!
oops, delete
Wow! Derek, love the idea for random effects at the beginning of tactical battles, sounds cool for a patch down the road.
Thanks I'll give it a try
It'll probably only fix future new games, and not any current saved ones.
Do you know if the current experience or the experience needed to reach next lvl is shown anywhere ?
It is shown in game by hovering over the XP bar. As far as a table showing level points, don't think I've seen one.
Speaking of modding is there a central location to check these mods out?
For now, the best bet is the Modding forum: https://forums.elementalgame.com/forum/1008
I really need a patch to make early midgame+++playable. Everything slows down so insanely much after around my third city
Not sure if you are up for this, but Brad is doing some testing on this kind of stuff: https://forums.elementalgame.com/434964 May want to just pay attention to thread, or give it a go yourself.
Typically they come out on Thursday afternoons (Eastern time, US - think that is -5 GMT)
So like I was saying, it's really not intuitive.
Playing your first game of any civ style, you wouldn't know either that you could add all those areas together, so that's not really intuitive either. We have just been programmed with that method for 20+ years now. Neither is really intuitive nor non-intuitive. They are just two different methods. As long as you know the answer, who really cares? Does the tutoria
Hoestly, do you think there is any truth in it?
Perhaps tiny granules of it. Honestly, after playing and enjoying this game, I'd never trust this reviewer ever again. That of course is entirely my opinion, some people just don't like games that others do like. Reading his review, he doesn't like games I do, so that makes him untrustworthy as a reviewer for me. For others, this may be a spot on review, and you may be able to set your metaphorical "wat
