Guess I'm one of the few who agree with mqpiffle, can't stand edge-scrolling. I do agree if it's on the main map it should be on the tactical though I suppose. I'd just eliminate from both though! [e digicons]:troll:[/e]

You'll have to do it manually. go to your "users\user_name\documents\my games\fallen enchantress" folder, there should be another folder in there called races. You can delete custom stuff in there.
Perhaps the AI needs to be more considerate of the actual difficulty of quests though? It shouldn't just be true/false switch if the AI can pick it up.
Maybe if the AI was required to be in an army within at least one below the level of the quest. So a weak AI army could attempt a weak or medium quest. A medium AI army could attempt up to a strong quest, etc.
Kael, this game seems so much like FFH2 given life (and 3D graphics) anew..... any plan on putting the Baron in? Please?
I've been silently hoping to have Orthus come along and bash my skull in early game.
It's been an on again/off again thing. The 1.0 release is actually the first time I experienced it. None of the betas (I was in from the beginning) have done that, for me at least. Something to do with accessing folders in windows is the cause. Not sure exactly, maybe a dev can clear up exactly what is happening.
Also, don't clear any forest until you've built a lumber yard. If you clear out forest to close to your city before you've built that, you may never be able to in that particular city.
Willie, I agree completely, not only in gaming, but you tend to see the same type of thing on sites like Amazon as well. When I am checking things out, I typically go through and read some of the lengthier 1-star, 3-star, and 5-star reviews, just to see some actual opinions and not someone pissed off about something stupid. Most of the time you can see the different reviewer types Brad was talking about up in comment #3. Just ignore those reviews completely. It sucks for the overall score on
Welcome, glad to help!

Not at this time.
Alright, the changelog pr0n begins anew!
Sorry for the delay, new NAS for home showed up today, couldn't resist getting it setup. Anyway, on home computer, ran through without auto-resolve it crashed. Ran through with auto-resolve it didn't crash. Then ran through again without auto-resolve and it worked. At least it's working! [e digicons]\o/[/e]
Oh sorry, thought you were implying problems with Impulse/Fallen Enchantress. Fired up impulse, and I too got the upgrade, however didn't run into any problems with the one time authentication for this computer. Think that is what you are saying correct, the code they email you isn't working?
If you are looking to get the free version of Fallen Enchantress, you'll have to either use Stardock's website: http://download.stardock.com or use Stardock Central: https://www.stardock.com/stardockcentral/
Try right clicking on game, and running as administrator. Start a new game and see if trees are there. Should only have to start as admin one time. Old save games may still not have trees.
Been meaning to post this forever. At the end of wherever you set an auto-path destination, instead of going to that unit, it cancels the balance of the movement. For instance, at the end of the path, I should have say 1/2 movement points left, the game now sets that to zero once you reach that destination, and without pre-shown routes, we'll never know how to plan properly to not burn up multiple movement points on a long distance travel.
Same result on this computer. Will check to see if it's the same on home computer in about 4 hours or so when I get home. For now here is debug.err from this last attempt. https://www.dropbox.com/s/uh1jy72n8vzjib2/debug.err
I certainly will.
Great job Heavenfall! These look awesome!
Sounds like a hard-drive issue to me. Have you run a scan disk on your hard drive lately?
It's repeatable on two different computers.
Sigh... It's back, crashing just after defeating dragon now, plays cutscene after that properly, but then crashes during loading of next portion. Here is a save just prior to dragon battle. https://www.dropbox.com/s/0b7s06hupkwp524/fallen.EleSav
Checked the one I downloaded yesterday... don't know that they've changed it between now and then. MD5: 30DEA2F8F98D7A2D2D26A5B5EE96FAE8 Don't know if there is a difference either with you using linux.
I was thinking, you just want to show, how slow is the overencumbered hero. Forcing the player to redesign ther equipment of that unit. I liked it that way
I concur, I liked that I had to say... hmmm, what the hell is going on here, I only have 1 movement point now. Just a little investigation, temporarily un-equipping one piece of armor worth only 1 point of AC, and back in business. It's a good early lesson to pay attentio
Do Champions and Sovereign in the same group still split XP? (i.e. level slower)
Yes, it's kind of a complicated system. Hope I explain this correctly! Champions split the XP evenly. (prior to bonuses) From there, take half of what the champions receive and that is what every other unit will receive. For example: kill an army of stuff worth 30 xp: With one champion: He gets 30xp (plus any bonuse
