Personally, I don't want my daughter to think that a totally unproductive lifestyle is something to be strived for - nor even considered. Violence, murders, betrayals and such... these are things that are very blatant in their wrongness. But in this 'feel-good' society that we live in now, same-sex pleasure is a much more subtle ev

[quote who="Moosetek13" reply="5" id="2456153"] I agree that it can be slow at times, and I censored one episode from my 13 year old daughter because of the lesbian content. I wonder why these new shows, like FF and SGU, seem to find it really necessary to include that crap. SGU will never be a show that I can watch with my daughter, simply because of all the random sex between whomever for whatever reason. And because of the general crappiness of the show, I will not be watch

Fringe: Its ok, but it has a simple way of solving all problems. This scientist knows a bit about EVERYTHING, and he can always solve any problem. Its a bit like Numbers and Star Trek, where they always can find some weird solution that will solve any problem. I would have liked problems that were more long term and more related to people and their motivations, rather than always introducing some weird science. My rating 6/10 Flashforward: This one has one big m

I will buy a new rig in a few months so I have started to read more about these things. I will probably go Dell eventhough people will tell me that I can get more value for money elsewhere. I have been burned by HP/Compaq before and I have had three quality Dell machines. I have never had anything break down

Today is release and I find this game only on steam, and no other DD outlets (a broken promise by the developer). This is a bad thing, and another game that will pass me by (the former one was Empire Total War). Anyways, I am playing Kings Bounty Armoured Princess and LOVING it.

Its been a year since the release of Kings Bounty and now the sequel Kings Bounty Armoured Princess is here. Kings Bounty is a mix of Heroes of Might and Magic and a RPG game (yes, I know that its inspired by an old game called Kings Bounty that predates Heroes). In both Kings Bounty games you control a hero that preforms quests and explore land mainly by doing lots and lots of fighting. The fights are turnbased and a lot like in Heroes of Might and Magic. The fights ar

I cannot get how the new travel system works, and cannot get of the first island. I have found maps, I have a boat, but then what?? I have studied the maps of the islands, the world map and travelled along the edge of the sea. Still I have no clue.

About the amount of luck in risk. The luck is not in the dice, but in your opponents. One rookie could hand the game to a random player by doing a bad move (or many bad moves).

Its interesting, but the problem would probably be that this would be frustrating and you would spend more time trying to manage/influende/give orders to your generals than you would have done just moving the forces manually. It smells a bit too much like Master of Orion III :)

From the report: "Our conclusion is that strategy games that we make and publish in the future will support multiplayer but will not sacrificethe single player experience to do so." I LOVE THIS STATEMENT!

You are acutely aware of the problems of worldwide access to the impulse games and that is good. This is one of the big hurdles you have to pass. Being a Norwegian using Impulse is a challenge as so many games are of limits. I wish you all the luck in putting down steam a notch!
