@seanw3. The frog is doing AI improvements along the way. So I would not be surprised if the tactical AI has improved a little.

@Alstein. Pretty much a spot on summary there. Its already a game that is fun to play, and there is much more in store.

There are several problems with removing auto-saves, or the possibility to save manually. 1. If the game crashes you have just lost a LOT of gaming 2. If life comes and get you mid game, you cannot save and exit as you wish. I save a lot (crashes do happen), but I NEVER go back if I have made a wrong tactical move or whatnot. I restart the game if I loose, I dont go back to before my failed attack on a troll. Let the players choose themselves how t

There is a clear case of racism agains Umber. This is proven by the fact that we have to pay extra to recruit heroes. This should never have passed quality control /sarcasm

I can see why they stripped stats. What is the use of constitution if it only influences hitpoints. Why not just change hitpoints directly instead of increasing constitution to get more hitpoints.

The frog once said that it was quit a bit of work to finalize and publish a beta version. I can see why they dont want to do that this week and the next, just to make us happy. They will take their good time on this one, and quality control takes first priority. I am disappointed too, as I love this game and play it as a released game more than a beta, Still I fully understand that we have to wait.

@FallingStar: The Kings Bounty series alone is enough to buy that pack. I have spent countless hours on that series. It has better tactical battles than Heroes VI, Fallen Enchantress, Disciples and other games with similar tactical battles. Go for it people.

I recomend one thats not on the list: Kings Bounty (the whole new series is great).

They could add to the tech tree as more faction differentiation is added. Each faction could have a few techs that only goes for them.
