What's the drawbacks to the AI on being on a too large or too small map? I'm assuming too large= vuln to turtling and too small= vuln to rushing. What might help is if the AI could study a player's tendency and adjust its odds of action based on that. (but not perfectly as that would be too predictable)

I think the Wraiths should have lost the -1 hp per level instead of Amarians, and had it replaced by an encumbrance penalty.

Suggestion: for these private builds, dropping a link to the old build or auto-including the old build in the installer for official final patches such as 1.1 might save folks a good bit of headache.

Came from that X-Play award last night, where the first comment out of Morgan Webb's mouth was that the FGC was a cesspool of misogyny- which was out of nowhere. Some truth to it, but she wouldn't dare say that about one of the games that pays her bills. I just think the FGC gets picked on and used as an example, when there are others who are at least as bad if not worse.

I never said I mastered it- and she probably just wants it to go away, though it never will, as it was captured on youtube. That's pretty much what I've been doing, kinda telling her that she's being predictable. I'm kinda a bad teacher since I don't do things right myself, and I'm kinda oddball in how I solve things. Newer players should learn orthodox approaches, not weird ones.

Throwing sticks and getting mad salty is part of the FGC- it really is similar to baseball in this regard. You should hear what players say when they pop-up (Brian McCann is one of the saltiest players out there), some pitchers are like that also. I don't know about other pro sports.

http://t.co/XtSWAPqp Stuff like this from places like G4 just reinforces stereotypes that others are trying to fix (even if the right game won) That said, stuff does exist in that community. A female game journalist who is a personality (realistically: she isn't a top player, but she is decent and tries hard, like 90% of us) was at EVO last year, and broke down in her second match and screamed. If it wa

I still wish to see an upgrade size of unit option. (so you can make a unit size 4 if they're 3)- should only work with trained units, not Panca Archers or Brothers Sparus.

There's a bug with purchasing from the website link for those who got free copies- says I didn't purchase the game. I didn't purchase the game, but is the DLC free for those who got a free copy of the game? Logging in again worked, but there is a bug in the system.
I'm pretty sure the Collar is unresistible. I've never had it fail and I don't recall it ever showing any percentages like the 'Tame' spell does. This isn't surprising, since the Collar is a moderately rare piece of treasure, not a spell you can use every single battle. I always get an Umberdroth or a Hoarder Spider with it. I find Great Wolves are far, far, far too distressingly squishy, and their late game

I'm not sure you can make it illegal, but it should be something that causes shame on the CEOs, and maybe should be posted publicly.

I wonder how many of the those folks are playing Capcom games- where there was actually have a case of a female worker being driven to suicide by harassment in I believe 2010. That said: "being better than Capcom" is about as much of a standard to hold as "having more academic integrity than UNC".

In a way, for more enlightened developers, this is a business opportunity- because female talent in the gaming industry is really undevalued due to all of this BS. The folks who understand this will make more money in the long run.

You mean one city level up bonus choice is always obviously better?
Yep. That's just one of the issues, it's just the most glaring. Another issue is growth is largely irrelevant as you reach the food caps so quickly. &nbs
Quoting Alstein, reply 1I think you guys do need to tackle the balance issues at some point. I'm hearing more criticism of the balance from friends/boards over criticism of what's under the hood. The fundamental problem is there are too many automatic decisions. Life without parole is more inhumane than the death penalty. Dying in prison after 50-60 years , it's less cruel just to shoot or hang the guy. (I'd replace the chair/injection with shooting and hanging, which is less cruel, but shooting would be reserved for ex-military who served honorably)

I've often said severe white collar crime, should, like in China, result in the death penalty (life with parole is too inhumane) We do have way too many folks where the cost of incarceration is greater than the cost letting them run out in society would be. A decaying safety net increases the incentives for crime, and instead of increasing the safety net, we have increased the prison population instead to "solve" the problem, by shoving it somewhere the sun

That's why I like CCleaner- it mostly sticks to uninstalled programs and other extraneous stuff.
