(ii): You can cutstomize and name any type of unit you'd like, but we'll probably save army-wide leadership bonuses for heroes (the guys that lead the armies).
They don't necessarily have to be army-wide; Paladin's and clergy could simply provide a 'localized' AoE boost, and that would be cool too.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Jim Butcher's Fury series (Furies of Calderon, Academ's Fury, Cursor's Fury, Captain's Fury, Princep's Fury), or his Dresden files. Both are great series!

Five sounds about right, I know Sins started at 5 and got bumped up to 10 because of box weight, but I think 5 is about reasonable... of course, that's 5$ worldwide, not just US...

What ANnie said :D I'm actually going to take some webdesign courses while working on my Bachelor's (only a year away...) so I can get a job with a local group doing website design (www.watchdoit.com -- I interned with them over the summer, and to quote da boss 'the only reason [they] didn't hire me is budget'). While it's not exactly 'in the field', it gives me a (decent) paying job and work experiance that is at least a little related (compared to holding
What people don’t understand about Elemental is that it’s really the first 3D gaming engine to be made specifically for strategy games in years. This is a big deal because there are some huge differences between a game that’s designed to be played 1st person and one that is designed to be viewed third person in terms of what features the engine is optimized for.
Such as, or is this one of those things only a professional would understand

The three stat system is an abstraction, not an absolute mapping, of the effects of various items. Training increasing HP means you can last longer in a fight (if you consider HP to be the stamina needed to move around and avoid being hit) will increase not only how much 'damage' you take, but also (by living longer) how much you deal. So while it is indirect, yes it does increase your attack ability.
