[1.0 Bug] One last(?) broken tile on forest tactical map

There's yet another broken tile in the pictured tactical map, that a unit can start out on, but no unit can move onto once it's empty:

I hit this again in my latest (1.1) game, and discovered that while a unit is on the broken tile it cannot be targeted with ranged or magical attacks, but can be attacked by melee units.

This should not be there, that is the tile to which he is referring.

I'll post up the tactical map with that tile removed, until you have the time to fix the problem.
