IIRC, in a recent beta patch, the number of allowable accessories when designing new units was increased from 3 to 4, but attempting to design units in the 1.0 release, it is only allowing 3 again. I do not remember this being mentioned in the release notes ... was it intentionally reduced back to 3 from 4?
