I do enjoy that monsters roam and destroy cities (sometimes its also aggravating). Is it possible to mod or put in that when a monster group destroys a city, that instead of destroying the city, they destroy the populous and create a haunted city (quest). Where a player (AI) has to remove the ghosts of the city to reclaim the city back to its former glory. Wouldn't mind it if some buidlings were destroyed in the process. Also, the haunt could be level dependent on the city level that was destroyed. Say a level 1 city should be easy to get back (1 tactical battle or so), but a level 3 city would require maybe multiple tactical battles to acquire the city ruins.
