[Bug] [0.951] When heroes are no Group Leaders

Hi there, have had a bug with one of my groups, where the hero is not named the group leader (It says "Pariden's Hammer's Army", which is a custom trained unit I designed).

The bug consists in not being able to pick up random goodie huts on the overland map
(and probably not being able to start quests either , no quests in the vicinity to test ATM.)

I have seen this as well. Can be fixed, by moving the hero out of the unit and then back in or vice versa.

True, I noticed, but I am still wasting turns, and newer players might not figure it out the same way, so I think some fix should be implemented

The best would be the possibility to arrange the troops in a desired formation AND designate leader directly in the 3x3 matrix of the troops.

Yeah, it'd be great if we could click and drag units to different slots in the army, with the first unit always being the leader. It looks like the order of the army also influences how the units are arranged in a battle, so would give us the benefit of being able to have some arrangement of troops when deployed in tactical battle.
