Unfortunately I don't know how to reproduce this bug but during combat after I ended the turn of my golem it went to my sovereign's turn and both of the units were selected and neither could perform any actions. I used the button for the AI to take control of my units and it moved my sovereign and then I took control of my units again. This has only happened once in hundreds of combats so its probably a rare occurence. 

Its not a major issue but something to look out for I guess.
