[BUG-0.915] Unit placements.

Two bugs.

1 - Sometimes one of your stack appears on another square adjacent to your stack.

2 - Sometimes killing monsters and heroes does not remove the units graphic from the map. I have had a 'EFE.exe not working' crash after this has happened.
