Is there a penalty to cities more than x squares from your capital or a penalty/unrest factor for cities conquered that lasts x turns?
I took over 7-8 cities that are a fair bit from my capital and their production is incredibly slow (200+ turns for spearmen), I am a kingdom and they used to be empire places...??? Or did the city still support the empire units or something that it build for the old owner of the city...??? Any thoughts?
