Any time one of my cities gets attacked more than once in one turn, the second time the window that lets me enter battle through choosing either auto-resolve or regular combat does not appear.  After completing the first battle, a window pops up letting me know that my city is being attacked, and when I press ok, nothing happens.  It doesn't let me initiate battle or do anything else.  I can select my other cities or armies, but I cannot move them.  The end turn button also gets deactivated, so I am unable to just try to go to the next turn.  It is as if the game is waiting for the initiate battle window to pop up, but it never does.  Even if I load my game, the game is still stuck, and the only way to fix it is to exit the game completely and get back into it.
