Some minor stuff:
1. Train Units display bug
Train Units, the display of the selected unit (bottom part of train unit) shows the total HitPoints of the party (3x9=27), but the single Attack (7) value. In all other displays about the party stats the totals for hitpoints and Attack (3x7=21) are displayed. (The mouse-over details on the Attack 7 are showing single unit value 7 party factor 3 result 21.)
In this context the Defensive value is consistently showing the single unit value for the entire party. I assume that is intended that way, is it?
2. Water gone
After I lost a battle the water disappeared except for the rivers and I was seeing the lake or sea ground (although I still could not walk it)
I assume it is about all the tears I have been crying about the loss and therefore the water is gone, is it)
(on the serious side - unfortunately I was not able to recreate the result, therefore I can not provide more info on the bug)
3. Unit Detail Access (inline with other comments on the subject, so not really new)
It is very easy to separate an army into parts when reviewing the details of the units within your selected army. You need to click the units as if you wanted a separation to access the full details of the unit not leading the army. If the units still have movement points the separation lets the selected unit move to an adjacent field (losing the movement). With no movement left the units separate on the same tile, but there seems to be no way to combine two armies sitting on the same tile.
For me it would be a big help, if a right click on any unit in an army directly opens up the window with the unit details. That way I would not be marking units for a separation that I do not want purely to access the details. (The mouse-over details are not always enough information, as I like the wonderful details you have created 
-> In summary two aspects on point 3: a. combine / recombine units/armies on one tile b. right click for details when over the small unit icons of the army overview
4. Army Focus
The automatic switches of the map focus is still questionable (as it was in the original). (I know I can turn it off, but I would like it to work in a way I understand.)
a. Currently when I start a fight the map focus switches to the next unit first and then starts the battle (using the previously selected troops). The battle being fought is correct, but the focus switch is weird.
b. After the battle the focus stays on that next army and not on the army with which you fought. You could argue it is ok, if the army would have lost its movement points due to the battle, but it does not and therefore it would be a lot better to leave the focus on the army that was in the fight (in the first place).
5. Equiment view
The equiment, trade and shop view always has something selected. If I click on an empty space I would prefer to deactivate the selection. The unit statistics are always shown with the result of activating the selected item which is great, but if I want an unmodified view on the stats I need to select something that is influencing stats. It works, but it would definitely be nicer to be able to unselect by clicking nothing... or some similar "natural" unselect method.
6. Seagulls (?) on battle mode
I assume they are seagulls are something similar flying across the battle field. I have a reasonably fast computer and on my display they are trying to break the speed of light record, ie they are flying alot to fast, I assume this needs to be made clock rate independent flight behaviour ?
