Just that. It's easy enough to get the kingdom/empire benefits effects from the existing eight sovereigns, then note which one you want. But if you want to create your own character and decide to change the kingdom/empire later while designing a sovereign, as it stands now you don't know what benefits they'll get. You'll have to jump back to the eight sovereigns' screen, or make notes of those benefits before you move on. I'm thinking that a popup tooltip over kingdom selection on the sovereign design screen would deal with this nicely.

I was hoping they would work a bit more elaborately on this part of the interface, seems a little more important than a popup, then again that is up to the devs 
(I guess I want to become a game designer some day 
)
Also if you are creating you own faction, you have to go check for racial abilities out in the character selection screen, this is somewhere in the same area and I would like it to be upgraded too.
