i just joined the beta and was wondering if there's any list (here or elsewhere) of what's been improved from E:WOM.
it's been a while since i played E:WOM and i must confess, FE feels pretty similar. i know there's much being done under the covers that's different now and i'd love to know what to look for.
i'd also be keen on you veterens' take on the best new bits.
As Das123 was saying, the new beta will be out in a couple days, you may want to just wait until then. Supposed to be some rather large changes. OTOH, you may want to play a bunch now, just to compare to what the new version will be. There is just about guaranteed going to be some major complaining from one camp or another on the bigger gameplay decisions, may as well be able to throw your own .02 in there as well.
