The world editor includes the tools to edit/make spells.

 

I love the game now with only a few spells, the more the add, the cooler it will be! (as long as the AI never turns my city into a volcano)

Precisely. I hope Volcano and other nuke spells, are medium range - many turn casts, for which our sovereigns can detect and have opportunity to eliminate.

Indeed.

In this way, 'nuke spells' would only be a tie-breaker .... or rather a way for the human/AI to win if there is only a single obstacle in their way.

Very nice! The spell effects have certainly been beautified and brought to what you can expect of them nowadays. They look impressive, especially the tidal wave
