Fallen Enchantress Beta 2 Patch 1 (version 0.86) is available for download from the Stardock store. You should find a patch update if you already have the game installed (so you don't have redownload the whole game). Players installing for the first time will need to apply the "Full Beta" download and then download and install the "Beta Update".
If you are reading the forums and have 0.85 already, I have also put together a smaller 0.85 -> 0.86 only patch which you can download from:

So far I have enjoyed playing V 0.86. It is very playable on my desktop systems. Both are AMD quad-core 840 Phenom II's w/ AMD 6570 2GB videocards. Differences between systems is basically 8GB of DDR2 and 16GB of DDR3 and chipset on MB (790GX and 880G). One crash in a game though not sure why it did. Happened when I alt+tab 'd out to look up something for the wife on the Internet. Did not happen again even when alt+tab used multiple times in short period of time.
