Here's just a few bugs I found in my first play through of beta 2. Some of them were persisted from .77.
- Loading saved games after starting some quests would often times break them. At the very least they all disappear from your quest list when you reload.
- The Corruption spell works very oddly. At first it destroys the shard. You have to wait a turn for it to reappear as a Death shard. And then you most of the time you can't build it to channel it's power. It will be click-able with the build button active but clicking it does nothing. After this randomly (upon reload or just a random number of turns) two things will happen. Either it reverts to it's original shard or you can finally build on it. I actually had one that I was never able to utilize again for the remainder of the game even after recasting Corruption.
- There's still a lot of loot drops that don't have an image in the battle results window.
- Monster lairs with loot in them still disappear sometimes when you kill the owning creatures.
- Simulations events overlapping each other. A lot of times when a pop-up takes place if something else happens at the same time or slightly after it will over lap it. Happens a lot with units auto moving into battles, diplomacy pop-ups, tech screen, etc. Even popping up the main menu as it's ending turn won't stop this and it will actually crash sometimes because of it.
- Auto-Resolving battles: your sovereign (and maybe other champions too) will often melee to the death even though he has spells available that could have won the battle. This is the total opposite in .77 where it would waste mana like crazy.
- Recruiting tool tip on some champions is wrong. They all say requires the "Recruiting" tech it seems. Even the higher level ones that require Errogs Journal.
That's all that stick out currently. Overall though I feel like .85 is a lot more fun to play. Feels more polished and balanced already. Can't wait for the full release. Keep up the good work guys!
