Playing with Brad's Friday hotfix thingie (I didn't play enough before that to notice whether this happened or not without it).

Every so often, after one of the frequent crashes, when I load the game back up, every single one of my automated caravans will appear in the unit outliner on the left side of the screen as if they were armies. With a bigger empire, there's like ten of them, taking up half the screen and making the outliner useless. Reloading won't fix it, I have to run a turn, save the game, then completely exit FE and start the game back up again to get it to go away.
