After defeating Elemental lords, their territory claim\control is not being removed. I assume after you beat them, and\or you claim the special building if there is one in the area
As it is, I have a large swath of land I can't do anything with.
I like the Elemental lords, they are a lot more interesting to deal with then neutral factions in WoM.
Edit: Not completely broken it seems, after defeating another elemental lord, it's territory claim\control did disappear.
