[1.19J][CRASH] data execution prevention error

Tried to cast a spell on an enemy city.  Think it was "tornado".  Pause & boom.  (IN case it matters, just before that I case earthquake on the same city.

Hi Lord Cobol - you might want to post your last couple of saves to help out. Brad was using mine and the save helped him reproduce my most recent oom. Just a suggestion.
