I have tried deleting the C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic\Screens contents it didn't help, RegenerateTextureAtlas is set to 1 in Prefs.ini

Please help I can't even start playing the game.
If clearing the screens folder hasn't done the job, the next thing to try would be a full reinstall.
I've reinstalled through Impulse, that didn't help I still only see the background and texts, no textures on menu buttons and dialogs.
I had a similar issue. It appears to be linked to the textureatlas.exe.

I didn't see any crashes during the install, and nothing is logged in the event log as well.
I have Win 7 64-bit and Nvidia GTX460, 8 Gb RAM, if that is of any help. I'm out of ideas.
