even if he is clear across the other side of the map... why is that?
It has been this way since at least 1.07 (That is when I got the game).
So he can still level up while in a city (or not getting into battle himself) if his "minions" do stuff (battle). I like it (my Sovs are out there kicking ass though).
Because some sovereigns aren't meant to wander the map hunting creatures, and those sovereigns needs a valid way to get more powerful.
ok makes sense...until they implement a way for stay-at-home dads to get exp.
