So, let me see if I understand this correctly.
We paid a good sum for this game, (in my case $29.00 USD) and what we really are, are testers?
I mean come on, the game Beta'd for how many months, yet we still have a memory issue?
I for one am very sorry I sunk my few dollars into this thing.
I know, it's my own fault for believing half of the hype about what it would be and all.
I guess I should be happy playing with ancient graphics, clunky movement and ridiculously designed controls?
I gave up about 17 hours of my life to playing this thinking it would get better, or maybe grow on me, but all I get is frustration and confusion.
A case in point ... the campaign ending where you have to get around the Obsidian Wall to meet your heroes for the final attack.
I was moved to words I haven't spoken since the army. For anyone one hung up there here's some advice that these so called devs have failed to tell you.
IGNORE THE POP UP TELLING YOUR PARTY COMING FROM THE WATER SIDE THAT THEY CANNOT PROCEED AND GO AHEAD AND PROCEED EAST TO THE FIRE CRYSTAL!JUST WALK RIGHT UP TO IT AFTER LEAVING YOUR BOAT!
I'm sorely disappointed I hope someone has found some fun with this game, I didn't. If the mechanics were streamlined and the movement smoothed out and by all means, take advantage of at least the graphics from five years ago, then it might be worth what's asked.
OK, flamers and assorted fan boys go ahead, just be warned I will not be listening, instead I'm simply moving on to a better designed and more professionally implemented game. Which one you ask? I could close my eyes and throw a copy of this game in any game store and hit one.
