This one was present from the release. Good to report it though. It happens when you are in cloth map, go to the menus by pressing ESC, and then get back to the game. The zoom level appears to remain the same as it was before you entered menus, however the game wont display clothmap but detailed view as if you are zoomed in. This is why you need to zoom in, then zoom out to fix it as it makes game go to the clothmap display again.
BTW ATI here, but I don't think this one is a hardware issue. You can use clothmap, it's just that game fails to display it when you return from the menus even though it should (it's zoomed out).
