Will rule mods be placed on the main website?

By glancing at the threads of the mod section, it seems that people have starting their modding. There seem to be a lot of interestnig mods like the dragonlance and MOM mod. But there does not seem to be any centralization of all these mods. The idea is to be able to easily see what mods are available and at which version.

So I was wondering if one day we could at least see a list of these mods on the "mods" page of this web site if it does not get integrated to impulse-reactor system.

Yes.

We have started with the maps and will be adding tiles, quests, campaigns, items, effects and then custom mods such as textures, third party tools, etc. so that the community can interact with one another more easily. We will also be putting up links to third party resources and websites and wikis.
